Rory is a graduate of Ireland's renowned Shannon College of Hotel Management. A dedicated hospitality professional for over 20 years, he has held a variety of prominent hotel and restaurant management positions with the likes of the Four Seasons Hotel Chain, Movenpick Restaurants in Canada and Switzerland and Jury's Doyle Hotels in London, England. Just prior to joining the Irish Embassy, Rory was responsible for restaurant and bar operations for the boutique Metropolitan Hotel. Throughout his career, many of the establishments under his leadership have garnered prestigious industry awards and unqualified media praise.
